Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the General Manager's absence and model our service standards. You will drive daily sales targets, coordinate appointments, and coach the team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and hit sales targets with the team.
• Supervise the store in the General Manager's absence.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services for patients.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver a flawless patient experience.
