Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a store Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure a seamless patient journey. You’ll model the Visionworks approach, supervise in the GM’s absence, and help achieve store financial goals through coaching, accountability, and strong floor leadership.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer experience, and operational execution to maintain profitability and a bold, human patient journey.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store’s profitability and achieve sales targets by guiding the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Model and lead the Patient/Customer journey, supervising associates on exam lanes and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services, ensuring patient needs are met.
• Coach and support associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Resolve patient issues in partnership with the General Manager to maintain smooth operations.
• Execute all store-wide activities to hit financial and customer experience goals.
