Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is hiring a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, gather medical history, and guide them through product and service options. You will support both retail and clinical teams, perform basic pre-tests, and help ensure smooth transitions from clinical services to the store floor.

You will promote eyewear, schedule appointments, and assist with order fulfillment while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Active listening and empathy to understand patient needs.
• Proactive problem solving to address concerns or objections.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a smooth, memorable experience.
• Promote available products/services and facilitate sales.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; collect patient history and perform basic pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep all parties updated on status.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lab and lens tasks as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold service commitments.
• Other duties as assigned.
