Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain optical area presentation, stock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Process purchases and returns at POS, and educate members on eyewear usage and care.
• Assist with measurements, frame adjustments, lens orders, and basic repairs.
• Coordinate with labs and optometrists for order updates and status.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping and proper documentation.
