Responsibilities

• Maintains optical merchandise presentation and handles returns and signage.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes the Optical area and maintains records.
• Processes optical eyewear and contact lens orders and performs final eyewear inspections.
• Operates POS hardware, processes member purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Educates members on eyewear usage, helps with fittings and lens types, and assists with care guidance.
