Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.
• License/registration requirements for optician apprenticeship where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present merchandise; maintain Optical area according to policies.
• Assist members with eyewear decisions; measure pupillary distance and lens wear for various types.
• Process orders, payments, refunds, and insurance claims; operate POS and handle member transactions.
• Provide eye care product support, frame adjustments, and repairs; communicate with labs/optometrists.
