Job summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive optical experience and strong interpersonal skills, and will participate in training and staff meetings while maintaining patient flow and store efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive optical experience required.
• Experience with customer service and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer service issues regarding products/services.
• Monitors patient flow, ensuring on-time practice performance.
• Helps move patients through smoothly, communicating with Technicians.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
