Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Practice Managers in overseeing daily store operations. The role involves supervising employees, resolving customer service issues, and ensuring patient needs are met.

Qualifications

• Extensive optical experience required.
• Experience with customer service and/or sales.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand up to 8 hrs a day.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service issues/complaints regarding products and/or services.
• Monitor patient flow ensuring on-time practice performance.
• Organize and lead staff meetings together with Practice Manager.
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary actions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

ABO Certification preferred
