You will drive profit, sales and performance goals, optimize the eyeglass department for efficiency and quality, and ensure outstanding customer service and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team management.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills for planning work and monitoring progress.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Optimize and oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Convey a commitment to outstanding customer service and ensure the same from associates.
• Ensure quality standards are met, review remakes and enforce policies.
• Communicate with management and corporate offices and provide store reporting.
• Ensure promotions and visual merchandising are in place and known by staff.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and Sales associates and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with staffing forecasts, recruiting and retaining qualified staff.
• Motivate the team to exceed performance standards.
