You will drive profitability, ensure policy compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role also involves supervising Opticians and sales staff, coordinating promotions, and forecasting staffing needs to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience; supervising experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Excellent communication skills for managing teams.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and monitoring progress.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Proven problem-solving abilities across varied scopes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (reviewing the P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure associates do the same.
• Ensure quality standards; review remakes and enforce policies.
• Communicate with the General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
• Ensure promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place; inform associates and doctors.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates; ensure day-to-day functions are completed.
• Assist GM with staffing forecasts, recruiting, retaining a high-caliber staff.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
• In some locations, certain licensed responsibilities may apply.
