America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager in Minnesota. You will oversee the eyeglass department, manage staff, and drive profit and customer satisfaction across stores. Sundays are closed to support consistent operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales management or supervision.
• Ability to lead and coach store associates.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Deep understanding of store operations and success metrics.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
• Proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals.
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Review quality standards and remakes, enforce policies.
• Communicate with store leadership and corporate offices.
• Ensure promotions and visual merchandising are in place.
• Supervise Opticians and Sales associates and day-to-day tasks.
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in recruiting.
• Motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
• Duties may vary to meet state licensing requirements.
