Job summary

America's Best in Maplewood, MN is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and optimize the eyeglass department to meet goals.

You will monitor profits and sales, coach optical associates, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with managers and corporate office on promotions and reporting. Sundays off per policy.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience and supervising experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and manage store performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (i.e. reviewing the P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure staff deliver it as well.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and enforce policies for consistency.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
