Job summary

ThredUp is seeking an Operations Trainer to support its distribution center in Texas. You will onboard new teammates, deliver engaging training, and partner with the Training Manager to schedule sessions across shifts.

You’ll drive learning initiatives, coach trainees, ensure safety and quality standards, and help teams adapt to ThredUp's rapidly evolving processes. A strong communicator with flexible availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple shifts.
• Comfort with coaching and feedback to trainees.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new team members and introduce ThredUp culture and processes.
• Deliver and facilitate training content across shifts and areas.
• Coordinate with Training Manager to schedule sessions and monitor attendance.
• Coach and provide ongoing feedback to improve trainee performance.
• Partner with Ops leaders to identify training needs and solutions.
• Maintain safety and quality training standards across the DC.
• Track learner progress and report outcomes to leadership.
