thredUP is seeking an Operations Evening Shift Supervisor at our Vernon Hills, IL distribution center. In this role, you will lead a team to meet productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment. You’ll manage workflows and staff training while also conducting audits for operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of retail and production processes. A competitive compensation package including medical, dental, and a company discount is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, manufacturing, warehouse, or team-oriented production environment.
• 3-5 years as production Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution center team to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Ensure a safe and fair work environment for team members.
• Conduct productivity audits and reconcile variances.
• Maximize quality and productivity through performance evaluation.
