Job summary

ThredUp in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Training Manager to lead a team of Operations Trainers, guiding onboarding and training across the Distribution Center. You will coach staff on processes, quality standards, and scheduling, and you will craft effective training plans for the entire DC team.

You will collaborate with leadership to identify training needs, develop individual development plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

• Experienced Leader with strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of thredUP operations, quality standards, and training materials.
• Ability to create clear, concise training content.
• Passionate about developing and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the selection, training, and development of Training Specialists and team members.
• Manage new team members during the training period.
• Oversee and coordinate training initiatives in the building.
• Collaborate with leadership to tailor training programs for the DC team.
• Drive engagement and retention through effective training processes.
• Develop and maintain training records and ensure compliance.
• Assist in creating and implementing new operational processes as needed.
• Partner with content developers to create engaging learning solutions.
