Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours
• 40 hours per week with overtime as required
• Prior training, teaching or presentation experience
• Willingsness to work different shifts and areas as training needs
• Excellent attendance and organization for multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Comfortable speaking to groups or individuals and giving/receiving feedback
• Explain concepts with visuals and identify when learners are lost
• Meet deadlines and drive area managers' understanding
• Support cross-training and associate development initiatives
• Assist in SOP updates and SOP certification for staff
• Contribute to peak and non-peak training plans
