Job summary

Sky Zone Torrance is seeking a Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, taking on MOD duties when leaders aren’t on-site. You’ll drive guest experiences, coach staff, and keep operations running smoothly during shifts.

As a hands-on, early-leadership role, you’ll develop leadership skills, manage scheduling, and help achieve park goals while delivering WOW service. Full-time onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and able to move throughout the park and lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Drive membership and program sales; mentor team in customer engagement.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
• Lead front desk, Parties & Events, Café, and Facilities to ensure guest delight and smooth operations.
