Job summary

Sky Zone (Torrance) in Torrance, CA is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll gain real responsibility, leadership experience, and the skills to run a shift like a pro.

You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when senior leaders aren’t on-site, coaching team members and ensuring safety, service, and smooth shift flow across all areas of the park.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is most alive.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team, ensuring park runs at its best.
• Coach team members to maximize guest satisfaction and conversions.
• Step into any operational area to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
