Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for on-site, part-time operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, taking on on-day leadership and stepping in as MOD when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

You will coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety, and manage shift responsibilities while developing toward higher leadership roles. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Background in retail/sales, F&B, entertainment, or recreation preferred
• Able to move through all park areas (Sales, Parties, F&B, Facilities)

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present; ensure safety and accountability.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Step into operational areas as needed to maintain guest experiences.
• Lead front desk performance and membership sales; model WOW service standards.
• Oversee parties, events, and cafe/Facilities operations; ensure smooth execution.
