Job summary

Responsibilities also cover planning daily operations, staffing assignments, cost control, and ensuring compliance with FXG safety policies. You will mentor junior supervisors, adapt to changing needs, and drive improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months package handler or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety policies and FedEx FXG procedures is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret numerical data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Plan and organize daily operations, assign staff to meet goals, and control costs.
• Convey operational updates in meetings and communicate clearly to teams.
• Support safety initiatives and administer company safety and training programs.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and staff; adapt quickly to change.
