Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience required in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Military experience with honorable discharge or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training, performance, and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to teams.
• Train new employees and ensure FXG policy compliance.
• Mentor and develop other Operations Supervisors.
