Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All Culture, manage day-to-day operations, and supervise a staff of package handlers and administrative personnel. You will ensure safe, efficient sortation and adherence to FedEx policies and federal regulations while driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, training, evaluating staff, and leading daily shift meetings to align on goals and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for safety and efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate operational updates in daily meetings.
