Job summary

FedEx seeks a frontline Operations Supervisor to uphold the Safety Above All Culture and oversee day-to-day operations and a assigned staff, ensuring safe and efficient package sortation, while managing administrative tasks and ensuring policy compliance.

You will lead coaching, training, performance evaluations, and staff development while enforcing FXG policies. You will monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement through clear communication with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily staff meetings and communicate goals.
• Ensure safe, efficient sortation and optimal staffing.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Enforce FedEx policies, safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate as needed.
