Qualifications

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations and assigned staff.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate performance and address staff concerns.
• Ensure safe and efficient package sortation and adherence to policies.
• Oversee administrative processes and maintain compliance with FedEx procedures.
