Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All Culture and related initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate, and manage staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff for safe, efficient sortation and trailer movement.
• Analyze performance and drive improvement through action plans.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates to teams.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety programs.
• Train new employees on job duties, FXG policies and safety requirements.
• Mentor less-experienced supervisors and adapt to changing needs.
