Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in package handler or supervisory/related roles.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate’s degree or 2+ years of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Manage hiring, training, coaching, evaluation and disciplinary processes.
• Direct planning meetings and communicate goals to teams at all levels.
