Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in package handler or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment (retail, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock).
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to address employee concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations and assigned staff.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and recognize team members; manage discipline when needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assign and monitor staff for safe sortation and movement of packages; coordinate with linehaul when applicable.
• Analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
