Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assigned staff, including hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and compliance with FedEx policies and regulations.
• Plan, organize, staff and direct day-to-day operations to meet goals and reduce costs.
• Lead safety initiatives and mentor new Operations Supervisors.
