Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses towards a degree.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, recognize and manage staff performance; discipline as needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals; speak to small and large groups.
• Mentor and develop Operations Supervisors and other staff.
