Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate’s Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses toward a degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a staff to ensure safe and efficient package sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate and discipline staff as needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, and direct day-to-day operations.
• Manage employee assignments for safe sortation and cost control.
• Lead meetings and communicate operational updates and daily goals.
