Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree or 2+ years of college toward a degree.
• Six months of supervisory or package handler experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Package Handlers and administrative staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Coach, train and evaluate staff; manage performance, recognition and discipline as needed.
