Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, reward and evaluate staff; manage disciplinary actions.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees to optimize safety and productivity; manage trailers.
• Analyze performance from reports and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and goals to staff; public speaking as needed.
• Develop and administer safety strategies and programs; support compliance.
• Resolve or escalate customer service issues; ensure adherence to FXG policies.
• Train new employees on duties and performance expectations; include safety topics.
• Mentor and develop critical skills in new or less experienced supervisors.
