Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in a fast‑paced environment or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or 2+ years of college in related area.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations, organizing staffing and directing activities.
• Hire, train, coach, recognize, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Ensure safe and efficient package sortation and adherence to FXG policies.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals; speak to groups.
• Mentor and develop other Operations Supervisors; adapt to changing business needs.
