Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day packaging sortation and staff management in a safety-focused environment. You will ensure compliance with FXG policies and government regulations while guiding a team to meet performance goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, coaching, and effective communication, with responsibility for safety programs and incident resolution. Strong supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree may be acceptable.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Champions FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training, recognition, and performance evaluations.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and cost control.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to staff.
• Develop and administer safety and employee relations programs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues; escalate as needed.
