Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations and assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff performance and address concerns.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior supervisors and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
