Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a frontline Operations Supervisor to sustain the Safety Above All culture and oversee day-to-day package sortation with an assigned staff. You will manage both frontline and administrative teams, ensuring compliance with FedEx policies and government regulations.

You’ll hire, coach, and evaluate staff, organize operations, and drive performance improvements while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments (warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar).
• Strong communication and coaching skills; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with FXG policies and regulations.
