Caliber Collision Lees Summit – Downtown is seeking an Office Administrator to support front office teammates with tools, training and information to perform their jobs effectively.

You will handle payroll, HR administration, and recordkeeping for center associates, manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, and uphold cash handling procedures to Caliber standards while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, MS Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
