Job summary

Caliber Collision in Canton, OH seeks an Office Administrator to support front-office teammates, payroll and HR administration, and center recordkeeping to SOPs, ensuring accurate and timely processing and a smooth daily flow.

The role also manages accounts payable/receivable and cash handling while delivering a world-class customer experience and training teammates to perform their roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of AP/AR and payroll experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and training to teammates.
• Handle payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable/Payable and cash handling per standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying SOPs consistently.
