Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Administrator at our Denton service center. The role involves supporting front-office teammates, handling payroll and HR administration, and maintaining accounts payable/receivable and cash handling per Caliber SOPs.

You will contribute to a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent procedures, timely information, and effective cross-functional communication in a production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Process payroll and HR administrative tasks for center associates.
• Maintain accounts payable/receivable and cash handling procedures.
