Fuze Health is seeking a Manager, Operations Enablement & Capabilities to lead process and digital pharmacy solutions. This role collaborates with operations, clinical, product, tech and customer teams to document needs, develop standardized processes, and implement technology enhancements.

You will manage projects, drive workforce change, and build a high-performing, compliant team. You will guide improvements across mobile apps, web portals, and chatbots, delivering measurable operational

Formación

• 7+ years in operations management, preferably in healthcare or digital pharmacy.
• 3+ years experience in effectively managing a team.
• Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement experience and deployment.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop KPIs and dashboards and manage performance.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities by monitoring industry trends and data insights.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Plan workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting to optimize operations.
