Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality, technology-enabled care. You will oversee remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical operations while ensuring patient safety and compliance.

You will drive performance using data trends, develop training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, manage performance, and drive improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety requirements, and compliance standards.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with Care Operations, Product, Workforce Management, and other partners to improve workflows and support changes to the patient care experience.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline pharmacy workflows and step into frontline work as needed to support service levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage escalations.
• Build and optimize workflows across systems like Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato to monitor performance.
