Fuze Health's Product Manager at FuzeRx leads roadmap and delivers initiatives that improve patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

You'll own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, and execution within your domain, while collaborating with senior product leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or product-adjacent roles
• Experience shipping product features in agile environments
• Strong data-driven decision making with KPIs and adoption metrics
• Clear, concise communication and ability to drive strategy with engineers and customers
• Familiarity with product and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined product strategy
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements
• Drive feature discussions with cross-functional partners and customers
• Support product discovery through research, data analysis and validation
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, usability and iterate based on insights
• Triaged features, bugs, and requests to align with end-user experience
• Understand technologies in the product area and articulate technical requirements
• Escalate compliance considerations early in healthcare and pharmacy domains
