Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations Enablement & Capabilities to lead process improvement and digital pharmacy initiatives. You will work across operations, clinical, product, technology and customer teams to standardize processes, deploy technology, and drive measurable improvements in accessibility and efficiency.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage projects, measure KPIs, and ensure compliance while aligning with strategic company growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations management, preferably healthcare or digital pharmacy.
• 3+ years experience managing a team.
• Lean/Six Sigma leadership, training and deployment.
• Strong background in Salesforce, CRM optimization, and contact center technology.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent communication to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven problem-solving to turn challenges into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to identify opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback and performance data to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Identify and optimize workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
• Scope and manage projects, resources, and deliverables with continuous improvement.
