Fuze Health Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager, Operations Enablement & Capabilities to lead process optimization across pharmacy and digital health platforms. You will drive CRM deployment, analytics, dashboards and cross-functional collaboration with IT, product and compliance teams.

You will mentor a team, manage projects, improve throughput, and ensure compliant operations while supporting scalable growth across our digital pharmacy and care-delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations management in healthcare or digital pharmacy.
• 3+ years experience leading a team.
• Proven continuous improvement experience (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback, operational performance metrics and data insights to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Identify, prioritize, build, and optimize workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
• Scope and manage projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT, product, growth, data, engineering, and compliance to enhance pharmacy tech and capabilities.
• Set clear expectations and align team tasks with company goals; communicate transparently.
• Lead with accountability, resilience and ethics; drive performance and development.
