Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy programs and drive patient experience. You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, align cross-functional partners, and ensure compliant operations across care and hub activities.

You will own program roadmaps, track milestones, manage escalations, and partner with external enterprises to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years of high-volume pharmacy experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with lean/continuous improvement and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians and mentor staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve program objectives.
• Lead escalation management and quality assurance initiatives.
