Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Senior Manager, Care Operations to lead the compliant, efficient and scalable operations of Fuze Rx's pharmacy Care organization across Processing, Call Center, Specialty, and more. You will coach Supervisors and Project Coordinators, set strategy, allocate resources, and partner with Product, Compliance, HR and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.

You will own end-to-end performance, patient experience, employee engagement, and regulatory adherence across domains

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school with pharmacist license.
• 3+ years of progressive pharmacy operations leadership experience.
• Experience with mail order/clinical pharmacy operations.
• Regulatory compliance expertise with state boards and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-domain Care Operations, including processing and call center.
• Lead Supervisors and Project Coordinators; set hiring and development strategy.
• Design operational roadmap for partnerships and launches.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across portfolio and domains.
• Own staffing, budget, and capacity planning; manage escalations.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across domains.
