Drive adoption through clinical messaging, account prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration, with 20-60% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20-60%.
• Must live in territory.

Responsabilidades

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory plan and drive sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Educate on disease state and patient journeys to HCPs.
• Build relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and genetic counselors.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resources.
• Represent Belite Bio at regional and national conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and PhRMA Code.
