Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustained growth in the eye-care market, with Minneapolis, MN as the core territory. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and related stakeholders while translating brand strategy into actionable plans that address access barriers.

Collaborating with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations, you will accelerate adoption, manage budgets, and uphold regulatory standards in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred.
• Prior product launch experience in a biopharma setting.
• Strong understanding of payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services.
• Proven ability to build relationships with ophthalmology and retina specialists.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–60% and live in territory.
