Job summary

Belite Bio seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and ongoing commercialization in Albany, NY. You will serve as the primary contact for eye-care specialists and allied stakeholders to educate on disease state and patient access supporting adoption of our retinal therapies.

Working with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and field teams, you will craft territory strategy, manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure compliant, ethical execution in a fast-growing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
Ophthalmology or rare/orphan disease experience preferred.
Prior product launch experience.
Strong understanding of the payer/reimbursement landscape.
Willingness to travel 20-60%.
Must live in territory.

Responsibilities

Translate national brand strategy into territory plan and objectives.
Drive product adoption and educate on patient access.
Build disease-state knowledge and align messaging with compliance.
Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and related staff.
Manage territory budget, expenses and resources responsibly.
Represent Belite Bio at regional/national conferences and events.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PhRMA Code and internal policies.
Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and field teams.
