Job summary

Belite Bio, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Territory Business Manager in the Houston region to drive launch readiness and sustained growth. You will partner with retina specialists, academic centers, and care teams to educate on disease states and adoption of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities include implementing launch strategies, building cross-functional collaboration, and managing access solutions while maintaining ethical standards and territory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharma, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology/retina/rare/orphan experience strongly preferred; hub services experience is a plus.
• Prior product launch experience; ability to operate without extensive infrastructure.
• Strong payer/reimbursement knowledge and patient access support understanding.
• Proven ability to build relationships with academic and community retina specialists and related providers.
• Willingness to travel 20–60% of the time across territory; reside in territory.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Build disease state and product knowledge to deliver compliant messaging.
• Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and genetic counselors.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation responsibly.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and field teams to execute launch strategies.
